These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Daily Disciples application and website (collectively, the "Services") operated by Omni Horizon Technology ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Overview of Services

Daily Disciples is a faith-based platform that provides prayer reminders, prayer journaling, community prayer features, daily devotionals, prayer streak tracking, and scripture integration. We also operate an online Shop selling faith-inspired merchandise.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are designed for users aged 13 and older. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the Daily Disciples brand — are owned by or licensed to Omni Horizon Technology and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the Services, including prayer entries, journal content, and prayer requests. By sharing content through community features, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Services to other users.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve or scrape data from the Services.
  • Use bots, automation, or scripts to access or interact with the Services.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
  • Use the Services to compete with or replicate our platform.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful material.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7. Shop Purchases & Payments

All purchases through our Shop are processed via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

All transactions are final. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

9. Subscription & Free Services

Certain features of the Daily Disciples app may be offered free of charge, while premium features may require a subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be clearly presented at the time of purchase.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Daily Disciples is a prayer and devotional tool and does not provide professional counselling, medical, or therapeutic advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omni Horizon Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omni Horizon Technology, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, England, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Omni Horizon Technology regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
